Stimpson Reserve trail run & July training summary

Yesterday my husband and I ran the STIMPSON FAMILY NATURE RESERVE trail. I've hiked/walked/ran this trail many times, it's a great training trail because of its many ups and downs. We ran the main loop trail counter clock wise twice including the Geneva pond loop before finishing on the short entrance trail back to the parking lot

Endomondo stats:
total miles ran - 8 miles
minimum altitude - 588 feet
 maximum altitude - 884 feet
total ascent - 1214 feet
total descent - 1224 feet

Our next Spartan race is this coming Saturday - the PORTLAND SPRINT at the Washougal MX PARK in Washougal, Wa.
I've really up'd my fitness training. I do 100 push ups and 100 burpees on alternating days during the week. Whew..... this increase is really in preparation for the SEATTLE BEAST in October. When I complete that race I will have earned my Spartan race TRIFECTA (Sprint, Super, Beast all in one calendar year).

July's endomondo workout summary:

If you click on the photo below you'll see that activities that I do (running, hiking, walking, circuit training, yoga, tai chi) are color coded by hours done, on the graph.
