I did some plotting and planning this week, I took some blocks apart that needed to be sewn together better and took away two birds that I didn't think fit into this flock.
I'm happier with the results and the birds look happier too, they thought they'd go for a group "formation" fly over.
After they did their formation flight, it looks like they found just where they wanted to stay in their own blue sky!
Next to do:
the border
the back
the batting (quilt sandwich)
and the binding.
The birdies are close to going home to where they will happily rest with my mom as her lap quilt ❤
